How do I log in?
To log in you need to have a customer account. If you are already a customer, click here to head straight to the homepage and click on the "Log in" icon at the top right of the screen. You will need to log in using your email address and your password. In case you forgot your password click on "Forgot password" an email to reset your password will be sent.

How do I view and track my orders?
To view and track your order, log in to your ABB Shop account and go to "My Account" from the dropdown list under your name. Select "My Orders" and find your order from the list . Click on the box icon (shipment details) to view your order or click on the tracking number to access the carrier's page. You can view the details of your order by clicking on the eye icon (details).
How do I set a delivery date?
To set a delivery date for your order, go to your cart once you have selected the items and select "Proceed to cart". In the checkout page, click on "Set requested delivery date" to set a date for all the items of the order. To set a specific delivery date for each product, click on "Requested delivery" calentar box next to each item.
What to do if my product is not available in stock?
In case the product you have selected is out of stock, you can still place the order and it you will receive an email with the confirmed delivery date. To get information about the estimated delivery time prior to placing the order click on the "Ask a question regarding this product" in the product page, fill the form and an ABB representative will contact you.
